About this property

Five Star Home 2 miles from Downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate

This charming, private, & cozy 1800 sf. house is completely renovated. It has very functional open-concept floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and excellent baths plus new appliances in kitchen. It includes master suite with King size bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, large shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a Samsung 44" Smart TV and DVD player so you can access YOUR OWN Netflix/Hulu account and other apps via ROKU. *please notice NO cable service*
The other room is quite large and has two twin size beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. Additionally, there are 1 queen and 2 twin airbeds available. There is a private driveway to park 4-6 vehicles. The hosts reside on the lower level of the property. There is a door at the top of the stairs that connects these two spaces that remains securely locked at all times to ensure the privacy of our guests. There is an added sound barrier in the stair-well to alleviate any sound pass-through as well.

Our house is quite unique because of its strategic location to just about anything you want to do in Asheville. Our house is a couple of miles from downtown, which houses ONLY local restaurants, and is very close to other landmarks you would like to visit while in Asheville. It is also located walking distance to bowling alley, fast-food and chain restaurants, mall, and other hotels.

Guest have access to the entire house. The living room has a 55" Roku TV. Two large sofas and a single chair. The dining room sits 6 people at the table and 4 at the bar. Guest can feel at home with access to a fully loaded kitchen - new stainless steel appliances, Le Creuset cast iron pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, and every other gadget, tool, and dish has been considered.

Guests also have access to deck/patio, which has a table that seats six under a large gazebo (summer only). For outdoor barbeques, a large gas grill is available.

We love to connect with people from all over the world. We interact as much as you like :).
My husband and I stay in the lower area/basement of the house during your stay so you can enjoy all the privacy and have a private entrance.

You CAN’t buy TIME but you can AFFORD to rent a house close the attractions you want to see/go and save time and money while taking Uber for $10 a ride to downtown.

The Kenilworth Neighborhood offers tranquil serenity only minutes from the city’s finest shopping, dining and entertainment. Nestled between Biltmore Village on the south and downtown Asheville to the north, Kenilworth has long been a prestigious residential district in the Asheville area. Kenilworth has it own park, located in the heart of the neighborhood, which has picnic tables and grills, ball fields and courts, and a playground.

What makes this property unique

Getting around is easy. We are conveniently located only a few miles from access to Highway 240 which takes you quickly to downtown and West Asheville. Access to I-40 and Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 5 miles away. If you want to have a worry-free evening in downtown Asheville, Uber/Lyft can take you for less than $10.
