20 person holiday home in Silkeborg

In the heart of Jutland lies Silkeborg. Here you will find this comfortable and spacious cottage with panoramic views of beautiful beech forest. The surroundings give the perfect atmosphere of nature and country idyll. The cottage is well equipped for a comfortable and cozy holiday. Here is room for several generations or for meetings with friends. The house contains a large, bright kitchen / living room with wood stove and a view of beech forest and access to a covered terrace with barbecue. Large living room with wood burning stove on the ground floor and living room with balcony on the 1st floor. There are eight bedrooms with a total of 20 beds, including 1 family room for 6 people as well as 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 guest toilet. In addition, back hallway with washer and dryer and freezer in the basement. The house is heated with cheap and environmentally friendly geothermal heat. In the large garden there is the possibility of e.g. ball games and games in playhouse and sandbox. In an adjoining building there is a hall with i.a. table tennis and badminton. The house is part of a larger property and in an adjoining building there is a barn with heifers, to which, however, there is no physical access. In the beautiful nature, it is possible to go for walks and bike rides on field roads, track trails, etc. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
