Spacious Comfortable and Cozy Home away from Home

Beautiful contemporary home, perfect for professionals and families.

Our lovely bi-level home had been fully remodeled over the last 5 years and we'll appreciate you treating this as if it's yours. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the upper level, the master suite is its own sanctuary, with a king bed, a vaulted ceiling, a privet bathroom with a large walk-in 2 heads shower, a walk-in closet, and a private porch. Alongside the master suite, there's a small office.

On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 twins and the other with a full. Across the hallway, is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo.

The Kitchen is spacious and modern, which opens up to the living room, dining room and a large walk-out deck. The deck has patio table and a grill, perfect for dining and lounging throughout Colorado's four distinct seasons. Staircase from the deck will lead to the backyard.

On the lower level, are two bedrooms. One with a king and the other with a queen. The two rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a cozy family room, with a TV, books, game boxes, and toys. There's a sliding door leading to the backyard. Attached to the family room is the 4th bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located at the lower level, equipped with a washer and a dryer. Guests are welcome to use!

The house has a central A/C along with 2 separate heating/cooling units, located at the master bedroom and the family room.

Everything you need is just a few minutes away by car. Five minutes to the 29th st mall, shopping centers, restaurants, skate park, and CU campus/Folsom field.
Eight minutes to downtown.
A few minutes walk will get you to parks, playgrounds and biking/walking paths, along the creeks of Boulder.
Our location is ideal for enjoying all Boulder has to offer.

Our short-term rental license (RHL-0520047) is held with the city of Boulder which allows a maximum of 3 unrelated guests-so is perfect for any size family or a few couples.

Fabulous place for a family group!

This is my second visit to this lovely home and it is just great for a family group get together. There are two big family spaces, a very nice kitchen, and a big deck and back yard. We cooked and visited and really just enjoyed everything about the house.

The location and property were fantastic and check in was easy. The host had unrealistic expectations about the number of vehicles present and trash that would be accumulated with a large group staying in the home, especially for one that is advertised as being able to host 12 people.

That’s why we were surprised by the 3-star review — especially considering your kind message: “ Wonderful thank-you so much and for hosting us at your lovely home” Just to clarify: our home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests (not 12), as clearly stated in the listing, and your reservation was made for 7 guests only! We were concerned to receive a complaint from neighbors about gatherings involving many vehicles and dozens of people which caused a disruption. This is the first issue of this kind we've encountered in many years of hosting. We wish there had been early communication about the gatherings. In the past, guests have asked about inviting others over, and we've been happy to approve when the requests were reasonable. While we understand that group stays can lead to more vehicles and trash, the primary concern was the impact these gatherings had on the community. We kindly ask that all guests respect the house rules — not just for the property’s sake, but to help maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Great communication with the manager. All necessities provided from the get go. We were there in winter and the house had warm cosy heating. It looked a great place for summer too with decks and trees in the garden surround.

Great stay near everything in Boulder

A group of 6 of us attended parents weekend at CU Boulder. This house is huge and very comfortable. The kitchen is easy to use and has everything we needed for our large dinner preparation. The neighborhood is quite and gorgeous and close to beautiful walking trails. We were 4 minutes from my daughter's dorm room and within a 10 minute drive of Pearl street downtown. We would love to stay here again.

My family stayed here last week and it was perfect. All the 5 star reviews were right on. Location is perfect. I think it was the nicest and cleanest place we've ever stayed. I can't praise it enough. We would stay here again if we came to Boulder. Everything was perfect and the place was huge. We especially loved the lower level entertainment room. AMAZING!!!

We loved this property. We are two families that travel together and spend time in Boulder often. The home is very roomy with at least 5 five bedrooms. The back yard is a nice addition too. We had plenty of room and did not feel crowded at all. Everything is updated and new. Would for sure rent again in the future! Close enough to town and campus.

Beautiful Colorado location

This property was exactly as advertised, and more. The kitchen had every appliance, lots of dishes and cutlery. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Lots of duvets etc. good reading lights. The house was close to everything in Boulder and we especially enjoyed being close to an extended bike path. Easy access to Rocky Mtn National Park. So wonderful! We felt right at home.

Beautiful, large residence well-located

Your prompt is confusing two different events. The dates of your prompt are not correct. It might be referring to another stay. But the place we stayed from May 31-June 3 was truly excellent. Clean, large, close to many things (not too hard in Boulder since it is small) -- but 5 minutes to the Flat Irons, Pearl Street, 10 minutes from Eldorado Canyon, etc. The place itself large, well maintained, -- a quality residence. A totally pleasant experience. I can strongly recommend it. A problem free stay.

Spring Break in the mountains

Because of Southwest Airlines, a first time family ski trip leaving Christmas Day was not possible! Our 5 yr. old grandson was devastated, as his dad was going to teach him to ski/snowboard! Thank goodness the landlord was gracious enough to allow us to reschedule & together with VRBO, we were able to reschedule with minimal fees! The house was absolutely perfect for us & we had the time of our lives!! Disappointed our grandson couldn’t make it, but we will book this house, if available, with VRBO the next time we vacation! Tytyty to everyone involved in salvaging an incredible opportunity to relax & have fun in the mountains!

Great home away from home for a family wedding celebration

Very comfortable and well-maintained home. Spacious and open plan Kitchen has all supplies you can dream of to cook at home or just set out a buffet from take out. Beds were very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms helped everyone get ready for a family wedding with no hassles at all. Grandchildren enjoyed challenging all to a game of Battleship. Owner has really taken into account all age groups when stocking this home for its guests. The residential neighborhood is a quiet one and is within 1/2 mile of a supermarket and restaurants and some lovely hiking trails in Boulder. Also a quick 1 hours drive to Estes Park. Terrific home and location for a vacation in Boulder!

The house was perfect for our small group of friends and family. Plenty of common areas and nice size bedrooms. Walking distance to playground and running trails, and a quick drive to downtown Boulder. Pay attention when booking to place your exact party number in the booking. The price goes up per guest after 6 which isn’t reflected when searching. Would stay here again and highly recommend
