This popular area of Market Harborough is within walking distance to the town centre, canal basin and other amenities and just a 20 minutes walk to the train station which has direct links to London St Pancras. This well presented house offers 3 double bedrooms and a large corner sofa bed. The space This spacious three storey property provides enough room to cater for 7 guests with 3 double beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living area,( bedding can be found under the chaise part of the sofa) The high ceilings elongate the the room sizes and create an expansive feel. Refurbished to a good modern standard this property is an idyllic stay. With new furniture including beds, mattress's and sofa you are sure to have a comfortable and restful stay. New flooring has been laid throughout, therefore we ask all guests to remove footwear before going upstairs (a shoe cupboard is provided for you to pop your shoes in)The property consists of a main family bathroom housing a bath, new fitted modern shower, sink and toilet. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom on the second floor which has been refurbished with a modern black shower and features modern accessories. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor which incorporates a shower. All bathrooms include showergel, shampoo and hand wash. There is a dedicated work area in the living/dining room for you to check emails, work from home or just browse the internet. There is super fast BT broadband with full high speed. Take some time out to watch some TV on the 68inch flat screen HD smart TV which has Netflix installed for you to watch for FREE, aswell as many other channels. There is a dining table with chairs and a bench. There is a utility room located on the ground floor which incorporates a fully working washing machine and extra fridge. The kitchen can be found on the first floor and includes fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and brand new coffee machine (we do provide the coffee pods). The waste can be found under the sink, we also supply a bin for recycling. There is an outside eating area and laid lawn for you to enjoy some early or late sunshine if you choose to do so. There is a driveway for 1 car/van, further on street parking is available, PLEASE DO NOT PARK DOWN THE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AS THIS BLOCKS OUR NEIGHBOURS IN. All bed linen and towels are provided. We have had a new HIVE heating system installed which is super easy to control, should you feel cooler in the more winter month you can boost the heating from the control panel. Guest access Access to the property can be gained via the front, back door or double doors at the rear of the property. Keys can be found in the locked key box at the side of the property to the right. (keys codes will be given 6 hours before check in) Other things to note We are pet friendly however will only accept 2 dogs (maximum) per stay. There is a one off £20 fee per pet per stay.
