Top-class holiday cottage built with the best materials and with modern furnishings. The cottage is on two floors. The house has 16 beds in six bedrooms and an alcove. The lower floor offers 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and whirlpool and sauna area with sun loungers. The first floor has an open kitchen/family room with various activities, e.g. table tennis, darts, game console etc. The activity room has a double extra bed. There is a bio fireplace, please bring your own bioethanol. Two bedrooms are at one end of the house. There is a small terrace overlooking the large plot where there is ample opportunity to play and use the petanque court. The plot is divided by a road to the neighbouring house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
