The house features a large, bright open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning stove for atmospheric evenings. While there are no traditional TV channels, the home is equipped with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own favorite content with ease. The sleeping arrangements are split between the main house, which offers two comfortable double bedrooms, and a separate annex with an additional double bed. This setup is ideal for teenagers or couples seeking a bit of extra privacy. The practical kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, and the bathroom includes a convenient washing machine. To ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round, the home features an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. Set on a 965 m² natural plot, the outdoor space is designed for both fun and relaxation. You will find several sheltered corners and seating areas to follow the sun throughout the day, as well as various outdoor games and a shelter that can accommodate two people for a night under the stars. With restaurants only 300 meters away and grocery shopping within 500 meters, everything you need is within walking distance. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
