It is well equipped with a TV and a very spacious living room and kitchen, two lovely large bedrooms, and a huge garden with a beautiful wooden terrace. Outdoor life completes the rural atmosphere with flowering plants and cozy nooks in the garden surrounded by trees and bushes. In addition to the fields and forest, there is fishing available nearby at Voer Å, and the house comes with three fishing licenses for free use, so it couldn't be easier to bait your hook and go fishing. The house exudes coziness and offers space for the whole family and possibly also four-legged companions, and is an ideal starting point for hiking, running, or mountain biking in peaceful surroundings. Shopping facilities are just 5 minutes from the house, and within a 20-minute drive you will find Sæby, which has a cozy town life. The house is only 45 minutes from Fårup Sommerland, 30 minutes from Aalborg, and 20 minutes from Frederikshavn.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
