Das Haus verfÃ¼gt Ã¼ber eine groÃzÃ¼gige FlÃ¤che von ca, 140qm, Das Wohnzimmer mit KÃ¼che bietet sich sehr gut zum Aufenthalt von 2 Familien mit Kindern, Es gibt ParkplÃ¤tze direkt vor dem Haus fÃ¼r locker bis zu 4 Autos, Das Haus ist sehr modern und energieefizient, GedÃ¤mmte WÃ¤nde und 3-Fach-Verglasung senken die Heizkosten, Es gab einen MarkengeschirrspÃ¼ler von Miele sowie einen Ofen von Miele, Die Beleuchtung war ansprechend, Im Sommer gibt es eine schÃ¶ne Terasse die man nutzen kann, Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn,

Schönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt mit 8 Personen im Februar war alles in allem sehr schön, großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und aureichend großer Essplatz. Die Geschirrausstattung könnte noch verbessert werden ( keine kleinen Schüsseln, Sektgläser etc). Die Schlafzimmer hatten gute Betten, aber keine Nachttische und keinerlei Schrankraum...für ein Wochenende okay, aber für länger nicht geeignet. Ebenfalls KEINE Ablageflächen im Bad, obwohl reichlich Platz dafür vorhanden war. Ein absolut negativer Punkt: ein Bad war nur durch eines der Schlafzimmer zugänglich, so dass dieses quasi für ein Paar war und 6 Leute teilten sich das andere Bad...sehr ungeschickt gebaut und nicht aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich:(. Für ein WE okay, aber nicht für länger. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus wegen der Lage und riesiger Terrasse im Sommer empfehlen.
