Great spot for a short visit to the City.10 mins drive or a 20 min walk. Property well equipped with comfy beds and secure parking. Owner really helpful. Will use again.

Excellent little house.

Great place for our family to stay while visiting the university, much better than an equivalent priced hotel. Warm house, comfy chairs, good dining area and excellent kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet at night (and in the day!) We drove in and it was really quick and easy and having a dedicated parking space round the back was great.

Pleasant Stay

Property was in ideal location for what we needed but isn’t the nicest area of Leeds. Place was clean but has obviously been smoked in in the past. Nice and Warm and Quiet. Couple of maintenance issue (toilet is rather wobbly and the dish washer is temperamental) Good stay overall though
