Great property, good facilities and cleanliness. Nice quiet location, shame shops, restaurants were a bit of a trek down the hill thankfully we had a car.

The property itself was great - 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen & a nice patio with table, chairs, sun beds and a pool. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and it was very quiet. Unfortunately the villa stank of smoke when we entered .. and we called to complain. As a villa that stressed NO SMOKING someone had most definitely ignored that. The company were quick to apologise and said they’d tell their cleaners. We opened every door and window and as the week went on the smell subsided. I realise it’s hard to stop people abusing the system and not the owner/company fault, but I do feel something should have been done to fumigate the place before we got there. Apart from that, it was good. The villa was 1km as the crow flies to the beach and a lot further on foot, down steep slopes and steps but the beach was lovely and we had a great time exploring the island during our weeks stay. I would recommend the villa as a good base but do have a car!! Thank you for having us.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and the pool. Our communications with the management team were answered promptly and with a very friendly attitude. We would recommend these villas and would like to return in the future. Menorca is a lovely island and the roads very good for driving. All recommended.

Great comms from the company. Nice villas if a little sparse furniture wise. Only one sofa would be an issue for more than 3 people. Nice location and outside though a car is needed

May 2025

The communication from the 3villas team was excellent before and during our stay. The villa was clean and there was a welcome pack of a few items for the kitchen plus water and a bottle of wine too, a lovely gesture. Would certainly book this villa again and also use 3villas.
