The house is located in a very central yet quiet area, next to the church in the town of Levico, just a short walk from shops, artisan workshops, ice cream parlours, cafes, and restaurants. Completely renovated in 2022, the house offers three new, modern, and cosy holiday apartments. The decor, featuring handcrafted oak furniture, helps create a distinctive, warm, and comfortable atmosphere.
A free public car park is located about 100 metres away, and guests may use the house’s private parking area for loading and unloading luggage.

The first-floor apartment features a bright, open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with two single bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A large floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a terrace with a view of the mountains. A cot can be added to the master bedroom. An extra bed (80 cm x 180 cm sofa bed) is available upon request.

The apartment features:
Flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, walk-in shower, bidet, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, bed linens and towels provided, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and cooling, secure storage for equipment/motorcycles/bicycles, access via PIN code.
