A large, modern apartment facing south. It has one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom, a very large living/dining room with views of the hills of La Parata, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The complex has a communal pool, and the garden areas are very well maintained. The apartment is approximately 350 metres from the beach and is located in the Playa del Lance area, behind Pueblo Indalo. There are restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, and the nearest beach is a sandy one.

Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Key pickup is via a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, cot rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.


Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
