About this property

Farmhouse Under the Sun of Tuscany

Our agriturismo is located in Montenero d'Orcia, a small village in the Grosseto Val d'Orcia, and is part of the family farm. The agriturismo has been built on the farm where my family has lived since the early 1900s, first as sharecroppers and then as owners. The rooms are on the first floor and have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, towels, hairdryer and courtesy set.
My name is Giada and I have been running the family farm since 2016. On the land surrounding the farm we grow mainly wheat and fodder which we then use as feed for our sheep, especially during the winter. Three olive groves, two small vineyards and an orchard are also part of the farm. We will be very happy to show you the country life and let you taste our seasonal products.
From the farm you can easily reach the most beautiful villages in the Val d'Orcia (Montalcino 16 km, San Quirico, 30 km, Pienza, 40 km), Mount Amiata (Vetta del Monte Amiata, 20 km, Santa Fiora, 23 km) and the Maremma (Saturnia, 47 km, Castiglione della Pescaia, 45 km).
