Our family gathered together for my nephew and his lovely brides wedding. The house was magnificent . It was clean spacious the beds were cozy and the location was pretty good! We had all the comforts of home! A lovely place!

Great Experience

This Home was perfect for our stay. It provided plenty of space, including seating on both the front porch or back deck. The kitchen was also big enough so several of us could maneuver in there at the same time. Home was extremely clean. It was just a quick drive to downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful house, needs a few essentials

Everyone who stays here will say that the house is beautiful; that’s 100% true. Dennis was courteous and helpful, even leaving a bottle of wine upon our arrival. But the house is missing a few things that would make it more homey: curtains ( the blinds don’t keep light out well), more cookware, the gas range wasn’t working properly, the yard was overgrown and difficult to play in, etc. Overall these are knits. The culprit of our stay was the weather.

A Nightmare

The house was filthy and in disrepair. Nothing like it appears on line. There was mold and dirt in all bathrooms, nothing was clean. It looked like people had been living there a vacated prior to our arrival. Trash can was falling apart with gum stuck to it, oven & toaster over extremely dirty. Missing smoke alarm in downstairs bedroom, missing one side of blinds top of stairs, door to upstairs primary shower does not close, trash & and junk in all drawers. Half eaten food in kitchen cabinets. It truly was a nightmare. They sent someone to clean during our stayed but it would take at least a week and a team of people to fix all that is wrong. Anyone would be crazy to stay here! It definitely is false advertising and should be taken off of VRBO.

Denise, unfortunately, wanted a refund after her stay, never complaint until after her check out, it’s a bit unfortunate to have guests like her, this has been the first time in the past three years I've experienced a guest like her, it’s a bit odd that after she left another guest came into the house and gave us a 5 star rating ,judge yourselves ...

Great Family Thanksgiving

Family from SC, NC and TN gathered for a wonderful holiday weekend. The house is very nice suited us well. The location is great and was close to family members living in Charlotte. Dennis was very responsive when we had a couple of issues with the internet and TV’s. Would definitely stay there again.

Upscale Living

When you enter the property, it speaks of opulence. The electric fireplace under the huge flat screen tv and the comfortable sofa sectional sets the tone. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous (even though we never used it!) Rooms were spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. Owners were friendly and helpful when needed. When in Charlotte, we won't stay anywhere else!!!

This property showed according to the listing. Beautiful design. However, it missed the mark on some of the little things that are so important to an enjoyable stay away from home. ( Things like- an arrival sheet that has wifi, check-in/out instructions,, fireplace, etc. ) They seemed to skimp on the bedding & towels quality, despite the lovely bathroom features. Overall, we rate this one a 7 out of 10.

Great house - perfect location

Visiting Charlotte on vacation, wanted to be close to downtown. The house was beautiful, lots of rooms for everyone, and a washer and dryer was really handy. The location was perfect for all the "downtown" activities we did, and it was easy to jump on a freeway to get out of Charlotte to explore. I'd recommend the house if the location works for you, it worked out great for us.

This house is everything (and more) it promises to be. The rooms are spacious and the floor plan is conducive to family gatherings. The location was central to where we needed to be while moving our daughter to the city. I would absolutely come back here.

Amazing house

Dennis was amazing never did he lose patents answering text and calls immediately which was extremely important Dennis truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. I have to say this is beyond the perfect location easy access to downtown NODA etc. The house is amazing master bedroom right off from kitchen privacy. The house clean smelled good. Television in all rooms. Parking private driveway or guest parking or street parking and the house location in a private culdesac nice if you have children. Lots of natural light. If I should return to Charlotte this will be the place. Thank you Dennis for being a outstanding host.

Gorgeous House!!!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this home. It was even prettier than the pictures, if you can imagine that, and the amount of space was fantastic. We went to a wedding at Whitehead Manor Conference Center and it’s only 7 minutes away so the convenience was ideal if you are attending a wedding there too.
