Our family enjoyed our time here! Great location, steps away from the beach and close to the ramp to get bikes on the beach. House is nicely appointed. Three full updated baths was a welcome bonus Nice furnishings and kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Cool beach decor vibe Great experience overall!

We had a great week enjoying the wonderful weather, close proximity to the beach, and the wonderful screened porch that was in the shade most of the day. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Could have used another cutting board. It would have been handy to have a Weber-type grill. Thanks to owner for quick response to questions.

This an adorable little cottage located close to the beach. Excellent for young family to occupy. Our only concern was the stairs into the cottage. We in our 70’s and 80’s and stairs are doable for older people but carrying luggage up and down was tiring. We had younger people helping us to make it easier. However, inside was perfectly comfortable, attractive and extremely clean. The layout of the home is very appealing. Everyone gets their space and plenty of room for 6 adults. The host was an absolute gem and she made it very easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

The beach house was wonderful, from the furnishings to the screened-in porch and the bedrooms. We enjoyed it all, plus the proximity to the beach! We will definitely be back to Sunset Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dune the Happy Dance! Super close to the beach, beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed! We already booked next year. The beds were so comfortable, fans in every room were so great, and the AC was fantastic! We loved hanging on the front porch and the back screen porch. The kitchen had everything we needed - pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, toaster, coffee pot, blender, silverware. Thank you for letting us stay!

This beach home was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The beach on this part of the island is beautiful and wide, with a healthy dune structure. The beach is close to the house. Very short walk, with a wooden decked walkway. Check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Location was great! just a short walk to the ocean. you can hear the waves from front deck. Kitchen was well stocked only thing we couldn't find was an ice cream scooper. the weather was very cool while we were there so we didn't go to beach everyday. the games that were provided made for great entertainment for the boys. We would definitely rent again.
