The villa is well connected to Rome’s historic centre. By car, it’s easy to reach the nearby “Montebello” train station, from which trains depart for central Rome every 30 minutes.

By car: - You can drive to Rome and park in one of the many car parks near the city centre, or you can leave your car in the car park at the Montebello train station, from which trains depart for Piazzale Flaminio (in central Rome) every 30 minutes.
On foot: You can take the bus near the villa to Montebello Train Station, where trains depart for Piazzale Flaminio (in central Rome) every 30 minutes. You can take the bus near the villa to reach the nearby (3 km) town of Sacrofano.
The Space
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining table, offering direct access to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen features a panoramic terrace with a dining table, a wood-fired oven, and a stone barbecue. There is also a double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom featuring a bathtub and a small terrace, a master bedroom with a small terrace, another master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two full bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In total, the house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is completely surrounded by greenery, enjoys a magnificent view of Rome, and the grounds feature various relaxation areas in the shade of centuries-old trees. Inside, there is a shared parking area and a saltwater pool for exclusive use, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the pool for exclusive use, the shared indoor parking area, and may use the outdoor games provided with the house.

The villa is just 20 km from Rome, surrounded by greenery, and is ideal for a nature-filled holiday.
The villa is well-connected to Rome (18 km away) and is easily accessible by car. The “Montebello” train station has ample free parking, and trains depart every 30 minutes to take you to the heart of Rome.
IMPORTANT
In June, July, and August, stays are for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Payable upon arrival: the tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day for guests aged ten and older.
