Nice little Appartment

Nice little Appartment for up to four people. If you don't need mutch space and no Internet it is a good choice.Everything was clean and all kitchen equipment okay.

Wir waren als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6,8) Anfang September in der Wohnung. Zustand Haus und Wohnung gut, Küche alt aber in Ordnung. Modern eingerichtet mit IKEA Möbeln. Bei starkem Regen läuft Wasser unter der Tür vom Balkon in die Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Balkone die aber nicht wirklich zum verweilen einladen. Klima kostet extra! (60 die Woche) im Hochsommer sehr zu empfehlen.Privatparkplatz vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung ist mager, nicht mal eine angefangene Toilettenpapier Rolle war da. Salz, Spülmittel oder ähnliches sowieso nicht. Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe gerade ausreichend da. Sonst ist die Wohnung aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Umgebung ruhig, aber gleich über die Straße ist die "Plaza" mit Restaurants, Supermarkt u.ä. Zum Meer 7 Minuten zu Fuß da ist dann auch direkt der kostenlose Publik Beach. Die Agentur ist freundlich und funktioniert gut. Tipp für E-Auto Fahrer: Es gibt gegenüber eine Ladestation mit 11kW, die funktioniert aber nicht. Sonst gibt es im Ort keine Lademöglichkeit!

Regarding the equipment, we would like to clarify that, as indicated in the listing and in our chat communications, the accommodation is equipped with the essential kitchen utensils and cookware, while household linens, toiletries, and toilet paper are not included. Naturally, food products such as salt or other groceries are not provided either. We also appreciate your comments regarding the water entering under the balcony door during heavy rain and the charging station, and we will take note of them for the relevant parties.
