We spent a total of five nights in Sparkwell with our three children. Check-in went absolutely smoothly, and we were warmly welcomed with a sweet surprise. The cottage is very charming and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the south coast of England. The rooms were very clean. Sparkwell is a great starting point for various excursions in Devon. There are good shopping options nearby. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime.

Molly's Haven is amazing! Such a beautiful home in stunning surroundings. We've had such a lovely peaceful week, the property is so well equipped with plenty of room of a large family of teenagers and adults. We visited the zoo, aquarium and took a boat ride in Plymouth. We ate out a few nights and relaxed with a take out for a another few.

Barnfield Dream

From the moment we arrived to our departure (16 days), this property and the hosts were the best we have ever experienced (and we have traveled a lot). Cannot recommend this enough. The location is idyllic, the property is of the highest standard and the hosts were perfect.

This property was absolutely amazing for our family of five. Great space for children to rest and relax as well as for adults. I've never been to a place that's so well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils cutlery, plates etc. It was also incredibly clean and well maintained. Amazing views and local scenery within walking distance. The host was absolutely fantastic and was on hand for anything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anybody but particularly for families with children.

Best rental we’ve stayed in

My family and I live all across the UK so we rent a property for gatherings 2-3 times per year. Molly's Haven is undoubtedly the cleanest (immaculate doesn’t even cover it), comfiest, most well-stocked and beautiful property yet (and we’ve stayed in tons). Di and Robin and such warm and accommodating hosts and Molly’s Haven is a beautifully finished conversion, extremely tastefully done from the modern heating to three showers to the fancy electronic blinds in the master bedroom. They’ve thought of absolutely everything, including plenty of towels and hangers in the bedrooms, and having a kitchen so well-stocked with equipment and crockery it put our own to shame. You’ll want for absolutely nothing here, especially with the like-new range cooker and appliances. We absolutely loved the homemade cream tea that was put on for us (I think it lasted approx. 10 mins with the ultimate speed 6 of us devoured it!), the cuddly toys on the bookcase for my little niece and the beautifully planted front garden to sit out in. Sadly there was an issue in the local area that impacted the water supply (nothing to do with Barnfield) but Di and Robin went above and beyond with their consideration, kindness, and making sure our stay was barely impacted which I mention just to demonstrate what fantastic hosts they are. Thank you both!

Thank you for your fantastic review. We were so delighted that you found everything that you needed at Molly's and that you had a comfortable stay with us. We can only thank you for being so understanding with the water interruption due to South West Water and glad it didn't affect your time with us unduly. It was a pleasure to host you and your family. We provide cleaning equipment for all our guests and never before has it all been used! It was very welcome to find everything so immaculate. Please come back and visit us again you will be very welcome. Thank you again
