With 110 square metres of space, it comfortably accommodates 5 people. The sleeping area is located on the upper level of the apartment.

It is quiet and peaceful, overlooking the inner courtyard.



The house is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and the most convenient free parking spots are on Via Carlo Mayr and Via XX Settembre.

It is just a short walk from the Church of San Gregorio Magno.



The interior is laid out as follows:

Living area. Double sofa bed, TV. Study area with desk and chair.

Kitchen. Kitchenette with four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, moka pot, conventional oven and microwave, gas kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

Laundry area with washing machine and sink.

Bathroom. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



Internal staircase.

FIRST FLOOR.

Loft with sleeping area (open-plan; there are NO walls).

Double bed, two nightstands with lamps, closet, and single bed; desk with chair and lamp.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Split AC unit (mounted near the ceiling to cool the entire open space), unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
