Comfortable villa in a lovely environment

The villa is spacious and very comfortable for 8 people. Best features are the terrace with the barbecue (perfect if you love real wood barbecue!) and the swimming pool surrounded by green. The area is very quiet and beautiful. Car is necessary. The house is basically equipped -could use more lamps and some utensils- but sufficiently, kitchen has a good and large fridge and basic appliances. There's a few things that could be improved to make it a perfect place: hygiene is superficial, but the whole house needs a deep and thorough cleaning; ground-floor bathroom doesn't have a shower (could be easily fixed with a hook to hang the handshower); you get only one set of keys, needed to enter the main gate (a hassle if you're with two cars); if you request towels and bed sheets, you get only 1 towel per person (instead of a set), and there's a fee charged for animals (Eu30), but on arrival you're asked to pay Eu20 more for cleaning (not in the ad); ad says 5 rooms with airco but there's 4 (the bedrooms), one of which didn't work (someone came to repair it during our stay, but still didn't work). Overall, a good place, if you're not too fuzzy with details.

Maison très agréable, dans un cadre de verdure, sans vis à vis, facile à vivre avec une belle terrasse et une jolie piscine Tout proche un petit lac dont on peut faire le tour

Unser Aufenthalt in Villeneuve-Loubet

Ein großes haus mit einen ausreichenden swimming pool für eine Familie. Eine schöne, ruhige, angenehme Lage im Süden von Frankreich. Der Vermieter konnte gut Deutsch sprechen. Von daher war die Kommunikation zufriedenstellend für uns. Wir sind zufrieden.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus - sehr familienfreundlich

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Sauber, 2 Bäder, 2 Gästetoiletten. Für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern perfekt. Der Pool ist sicher eingezäunt - also ideal auch mit kleinen Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

‼️Nicht zu empfehlen ‼️

Sehr schmutziges Haus, keine Reinigung mit Desinfektionsmitteln, verschmutzte Matratzen mit Blut, Urin, etc., keine Auflagen auf den Liegen am Pool sowie kein Sonnenschirm entgegen dem Titelbild, nur ein Haustürschlüssel für acht Personen, die Liste lässt sich noch lange fortführen. FeWo-direkt war leider keine Hilfe! Erholung Fehlanzeige!

Vacances en famille

Belle maison, au calme, spacieuse, un peu éloignée de la mer (pas possible d'y aller à pieds). Sommes très content de notre séjour malgré quelques désagréments à notre arrivée dûs aux locataires précédents.

La villa est très bien placée. Dans une résidence sécurisée. Sur la territoire il y a du lac où vous pouvez passer le temps paisible. Il y a de place pour enfants. La piscine collective. La maison est grande, bien équipée, la piscine sécurisée. On a été tranquille avec notre enfant de 4 ans. Propriétaire est aimable et accueillant. Toujours prêt pour communiquer et aider. Le bel region. On est passé fort agréable séjour

Großes Haus mit viel Platz

Haus hat eine tolle Lage um sich an der Cote d'azur alles anzuschauen. Wir waren mit Freunden und hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Der private Zugang zum See war zum Gassigehen perfekt. Pool war prima und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert.

Dirty, dirty

The house was so dirty when we arrived and the owner took extra money in cash for the cleaning as well which is not mentioned in the ad. We found broken glas on the bottom of the pool and in the bathroom, there where empty winebotteles left around the house and the floor had a big layer of black dust all over the house. We spent our first day to clean the house before we could left the kid play around. The owner was rude about it when we contacted him. Poolguy never showed up once.

Fabulous - we loved it 😃

Especially the private pool-area made our Holiday fantastic. But also the large terasse with grill was lovely. The house had lots of space and lacked nothing. The host was also very nice and helpfull - we recommend this house very much !
