Welcome travellers to our inviting apartment, a stone's throw from the picturesque promenade. This expansive space boasts a generously sized living area complete with a smart TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, inviting lounge, & two bedrooms.
The nearby promenade beckons with its array of leisure activities and awe-inspiring vistas, perfect for holidaymakers and travelers alike. Stay connected with our super-strong Wi-Fi included, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your stay.
WIFI and Air-conditioning.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 is a double bed and the other is with 2 single beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
