Refreshed 1000 sq ft & 2 bedroom rental with Whirlpool Stainless Steel cooking amenities in fully stocked Galley kitchen. The Master bedroom Includes Queen pillow top mattress and 2 comfy twin beds in guest room, Queen Sofa Bed/Couch in Living Room, Baby Pack N Play, Highchair & Bathtub, Washing machine & Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Large Refrigerator with bottom freezer, Huge Kitchen Pantry, 3 SMART TV's with Cable & High Speed WiFi internet
Fully equipped kitchen, All linens, detergent, paper product starter supplies, and beach towels included as well as 4-6 beach chairs, one umbrella and beach cart in guest closet, A nice sized balcony off of Living Room, sports Park beside complex, including Event field, jungle gym & gated splash pad for youngsters, plenty of tables & benches around complex for everyone’s use.

Our property offers recreational 2 Heated Pools of which one is beside building, The gym facilities are currently closed (8/14) due to renovations. Also 3 piers right outside the door from which you can fish (with license), catch a gorgeous sunset, or just dolphin & manatee watch.

The Exceptional White Sandy Gulf Beaches are in ideal close walking proximity. Just past the Yacht Club & CVS:

Catch the ferry to & from Tampa two miles away at John Pass and Boardwalk where you’ll also find famous restaurants like Bubba Gumps, Shops and Hubbards Marina. Plenty of sunset, dolphin watch cruises, deep water fishing, or water sport rentals are offered from Hubbards Marina.

Madeira Beach's great new public Park is located directly adjacent to our Exit gate. The park boasts a fun Water Splash pad play area, covered Jungle gym, lighted Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball courts, Pavered walking Path edges around the waterway, with another 2 piers, Event/Soccer field, and baseball fields of which this unit has a birds eye balcony view. Our local library is also beside condos, with temporary membership available. There are plenty of Grocery stores, Restaurants, and pharmacy stores (CVS) close by & in easy walking distance too. Putt putt Golf 2 blocks away.

Tampa Busch Gardens is 1/2 hour drive, Disneyworld & Universal Studios only 90 minute drive. John's Pass is 2 miles South on Gulf Blvd.

WE LOVE IT

Highly recommend. Good area, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to boardwalk for fun shops and restaurants. Super easy contactless check in and getting the keys. Excellent communication! Grill seriously needed a cleaning, but other than that we had a great stay.

The property and location was great. Accommodations had everything we needed and more! Internet and TV services were excellent! Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture is a little soft and sunk in - may be difficult for elderly people to use. Everything was clean! Our host, Tina was great - good communication, fast responses. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Lovely Place!

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable Madeira Beach property. It was as described: up-to-date furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, within walking distance to beach, grocery store, restaurants & shops. We also enjoyed easy check-in and prompt communication with our host, Tina. The only improvement: the grill really does need cleaning or possibly some new parts. Regardless, we highly recommend this property and hope to return on our next vacation to Madeira Beach.

This condo is a very nice unit. It was very comfortable with nice furniture in the living room. The owner has done some very nice decorative touches within the condo. I especially liked the walk-in pantry and walk-in closets found in the bedrooms. Plenty of hangers, even for me! It has a typical washer/dryer unit that are stacked together. I believe that the Yacht club condos are a bit older, but this unit is newly remodeled. It has a small balcony that overlooks your neighbors. A nice beach is a stone's throw away and there are loads of shops and restaurants in the area.

Great gulf coast holiday home

We had a great week staying here, the property had everything we could need as a family with 2 young children. Perfect location, with the beach and supermarket close by, and Roc park just next door. It was a good base for exploring the coast. Tina was a great host, with clear simple check in instructions, and lots of information about the complex. The property was clean and very well equipped. We had no issues during our stay and would very happily stay here again

Quaint and convenient

This quaint property has all amenities you need for a relaxing coastal vacation. Perfect size for a smaller family. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage. Laundry in the unit was a plus, allowing us to pack light. Access to/from the property was convenient. Tina even had everything you need for the beach or on-site pools, both of which are close. We will be back.

This is a nicely setup condo really well -stocked with about anything you need for vacation. The only downside are the steep stairs, but a nice place with a responsive manager

Condo was well stocked with all we needed for our stay, from kitchen ware to beach supplies. Tina was easy to contact and answered all questions extremely timely. Only suggestion I have is for nicer sheets. They are thin and pilly so glad I brought my own. Also, some kind of holder in shower for soap, etc. would be nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would come again.

Great value-we'd stay again!

Tina was great to work with, and attentive to correspondence. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we were expecting. The condo was very well equipped, with nice beds, kitchen appliances, and beach supplies. The gas grill worked great. Pools were clean. We checked into the temporary library card, but it was $25 (lasts 3mo). Overall, we found the unit comfortable and of great value for the price.
