    Couldn’t recommend enough

    It was extremely peaceful and included everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable and with the time of year, cottages were well heated and very cosy. Any minor issues were catered for immediately and staff were extremely easy to access. Beautiful walks around, very pleased to see the cottages cat roaming the grounds and some alpacas as well! All round - fabulous.

    Excellent Stay

    My daughter, grandson and myself had a short but wonderful stay. The cottage was immaculate with comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and my grandson enjoyed the nearby aquarium and boat trip. Would definitely recommend

    Relaxing break

    I stayed in Rose Cottage with my husband and daughter for three nights. We had a lovely relaxing break although the weather was awful. Well equipped and comfortable it has all you need for a short stay. Enjoyed seeing the chickens & alpacas as well.

    Beautiful

    It’s a beautiful little place- private driveway so nobody else coming and going. Hot tub is by the front door but nobody else can see. Very near the Loch and local amenities.

    Gorgeous property in a great location to explore the Loch Lomond area. The checkin process was easy and the host communicated well. Loved the farm and the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

    Cosy cottage, well maintained

    Great customer service over email, easy booking process, easy check in and check out procedure. Cottage has everything you need for the stay, clean and well maintained. Everyone mentions how good the hot tub is in the visitor book but it is really good.

    Comfortable and cosy

    We were upgraded from Rose cottage to Oak lodge last minute which was lovely surprise! We enjoyed our stay very much. The lodge was very spacious, comfortable and cosy with the underfloor heating. The hot tub was an additional bonus although it took two days to warm up (to be fair we did not report this to staff). Excellent views out the huge patio ceiling to floor windows. Just a few minutes walk to Loch Lomond and Duck bay is walkable from the lodge.

    Beautiful little cottage

    Couldn’t fault the cottage. It’s ideal location. Comfortable and homely and our dog loved it too. Hot tub was just what we needed to relax each night. Looking forward to coming back with the family soon.

    I didn’t love it, the living room area wasn’t particularly comfortable to sit in and the hot tub location surrounded by bushes made it unappealing. We also had to reach out to the company for details of check in which we eventually got on the day. I don’t think we should have had to chase in that regard. Plus there were problems with their key safe being incorrectly configured which was frustrating and delayed our entry . Their out of hours mobile number doesn’t work, so we had to keep try codes till we were successful.

    Rose Cottage

    The cottage had was very clean and cosy and provided everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus and was used well. We walked around the estate grounds enjoying the beauty. Perfect location to visit surrounding villages/towns. Duck Bay Hotel is stunning and the food is amazing.

    Lovely stay at the Rose Cottage. Fantastic location right next to Loch Lomound. Photos, particularly of hot tub don’t quite do the cottage justice. We liked it so much more than the photos. Beautiful trees and views from hot tub including the farms chickens which the kids loved. Many thanks

    Rose Cottage, had a fabulous second stay her, equipped with everything you need and sky sports too!

    Had a fabulous second stay in rose cottage, immaculate and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful, has sky and sky sports which was a bonus for my partner, hot tub excellent and stayed warm for ages, were lucky on the second stay that the sky was clear and got to see the stars whilst in the hot tub, will definitely book again and highly recommend, comfy bed too.

    We booked out every property for our wedding guests in April and we would highly recommend Auchendennan Farm. Angela, James and the whole team are so kind, helpful and relaxed. Every property was in super condition, clean, the location is fantastic and we would definitely return for our own holiday!
