centre (next to Faculty of Arts), high bed, quiet with a view

On the top floor (3rd) of old Jugendstil house, fully renovated, 3,3 m high ceilings. No elevetor, sorry. Your home consists of a nice, fully equiped kitchen with a dining table, a tiny bedroom with a double high bed (160x200) , a small bathroom with a shower . Me and my daughter live next door except in the Summer.
Quiet, part of the centre next to many Faculties- among little parks, many shops, restaurants, caffes and museums within several 100 meters.
The location
Situated in the city center in old part, next to University and all important sights. Castle hill in 8 min. walk away, park Tivoli that continues to woods also.
Ljubljana is a vibrant, lively but save town with 360.000 inhabitants in the centre of Slovenia. Trieste in Italy is 50 min drive away, Venice 2,5, Vienna 3,5, Zagreb 1 h. Slovenian coast is 40 min drive on highway, famous Postojna caves 30 min drive. Both good train connections.

Wherever I travel, I prefer apartments than hotels - I can prepare my own food, mix among locals observe towns from other perspective as "package" tourists. I'm a single parent and my primary school kid and my work in the theater don't let me fully change my permanent address. So we live in the capital and partly on the coast.
I simply couldn't think of better solution to keep my apartments vivid and alive! So I host, which is also my big pleasure.

I like theater, I like being a mother, I like yoga, languages, arty movies and long walks. Either in Ljubljana or on the coast - around Izola... I know many good places- feel free to ask - where to and I'll be happy to share!

What makes this property unique

I like my guests to feel home and appreciate apartments' specialties- each has it's own character, won through my efforts and joy to built a homy atmosphere in mix of a functionality and decoration.
