Eine super gelegene, geräumige Wohnung.

Moderne Wohnung, tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Kaffeevollautomat mit Kaffeebohnen.

Wohnung mit Licht und Schatten

Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundung von Thüringen war Eisenach ideal. Die Wohnung hat allerdings Licht- und Schattenseiten:Gut gefallen hat uns die gute Aufteilung, Größe und ansprechend moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung und die zentrale, trotzdem relativ ruhige Lage. Der Blick in den Innenhof ist schön grün und der Balkon angenehm groß. Der Ohrensessel mit Blick in den Hof wurde schnell mein Lieblingsort.Das Umfeld ist von Mehrfamilienhäusern mit vereinzelten Gewerbeflächen geprägt, die Parkplatzsituation nicht ganz einfach, weil morgens ab 6 Uhr Parkverbotszonen.Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, was aus der Anzeige so nicht zu entnehmen war. Deutlich verbesserungswürdig ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sowie die Ausstattung der Küche. Küchenutensilien wie Sparschäler, Backhandschuh oder zumindest Topflappen fehlten, ebenso Messer, die für mehr als Bestreichen gedacht sind.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist daher aus unserer Sicht nicht durchgängig passend.
