THE SPACE:
We are so happy to welcome guests to this space as we have personally been part of the design and building. We strive to offer a warm, welcoming, and cozy getaway for our guests. Nestled in a whimsical forest setting, we have a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite with BBQ, private fenced yard with picnic table and comfy patio furniture under pergola to relax under. Suitable for a couples getaway, family vacation, or small group of friends! Bonus, we are dog friendly however cats are not permitted due to allergies. We have one very friendly dog and Tazzie loves to meet everyone!

We feel the suite is suitable for children over 6 years of age – as we do not offer cribs, safety gates or cabinet locks. Terrain on the property for strollers or wagons is also not suitable.

Beautiful property with the view on Pincushion mountain. It had all the amenities we needed. It's close to parks and hiking trails, at the same time just some minutes away driving to the downtown and the beach. The place is pets friendly, so our family dog enjoyed staying here as well.Sara and Kirk are excellent hosts.The welcome basket was a nice touch. Thank you!

Great getaway with friends and our dogs

Fantastic accommodation with many unexpected extras including lots of coffee (unlimited) fruit, snacks, water etc. Sara greeted us at checkin, very great experience overall. Perfect yard for dogs, nicely enclosed. Very quiet location.

Perfect location, close to west Kelowna and Peachland. Sara and Kirk were great hosts, their property was so well stocked and so clean. Lots of pride in ownership. We would absolutely go back, no complaints at all!

Perfect quiet location

This suite is exceptionally clean, quiet and well appointed. It even has its own private fenced yard. It is a short drive to Peachland, a lakeside town with some great restaurants, and very near Kelowna as well. Highly recommend as a top notch place to unwind after your busy day.

Maxwell suite

First, the picture do not give this property justice. It is absolutely beautiful. The area for our pets was wonderful and fenced. We are over the moon with our find. It was very close to where we had a competition which allowed us to sleep in a tad every day. We can't thank our host enough for all the treats they left for us and our dogs. I will book to stay again next year!!!

Beautiful Suite

The suite is beautiful and the area is quiet. The owners went above and beyond with the gift basket and extras in the fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked and even had cooking oil and spices. The bed was comfy and there was a lot of storage to unpack. Sara is very prompt with her responses whenever we needed anything or had questions. I highly recommend Sara & Kirk's place. We will definitely be back!

Very uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Entryway was very tight, no real place to turnaround at the bottom of a very long stairway . Lacking proper shoe storage. Some kitchen utensils were tarnished. Under sink waste not functional.These comments are intended to hopefully address some of our observed deficiencies with the intent to aid in improving other people’s stay. The patio was much appreciated and enjoyed!

Such a Beautiful Property!

The accommodations, the hosts Kirk & Sara, the welcome basket and the friendliness was absolutely amazing! However, we came down for car shows and we had a 24 ft trailer with us, it was not easy as it’s very steep with hairpin corners to get into the property. This is not a mark against the hosts just a caution to anyone bringing a trailer. Drive to the top of the mountain turn around then drive in slowly to the property so you don’t bottom out. Just a heads up to future tenants, but the hosts were very accommodating to help with this issue.Thanks Kirk & Sara

Home away from home

This place was better than I expected. It is very secluded behind a security gate. They thought of just about everything a person needs to stay in this place. You can literally just pack up your clothes and a few toiletries, grab whatever groceries you need and go straight there. They even provided us with a beautiful basket of fruit, snacks and treats. They even provided us with some dog treats and the right size dog bowls for my friends little pooch. Nice touch!!

Maxwell Suite is amazing! The photos looked great, but I can say it’s even better in person! Spotlessly clean, everything was so comfortable, the bed, the furniture. The welcome basket with fruit and snacks was so appreciated! We enjoyed the coffee and the juice. Absolutely everything was thought of at this accommodation. The owners are on site if you need anything, but give you absolute privacy. We used everything, the kitchen, the yard, the bbq. It’s quiet and peaceful and the views are wonderful. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again one day, the next time I visit the Okanagan. 10 out of 10!

Complete Gem!

Had a fantastic stay at the Maxwell Suite with our dogs! The property is delightful and the suite is immaculate and cozy! Beds are comfy and shower is hot. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The area is off the beaten path for some solitude, yet minutes to Peachland (with some work you can actually walk there on a trail if you want). Speaking of hiking/walking trails, they are accessible right out the door or even more of them with a short drive. A great little fenced sitting area outside the suite door for the dogs to hang out outside and/or relieve themselves. The host, Sara, was super kind and easy to deal with via phone or text. She was often checking in to make sure everything was ok...it was better than ok. She has 2 very lovely pooches as well. I look forward to coming back :)

Unit was very clean, neat + well decorated - we enjoyed our stay! The extra treats and touches were appreciated. We brought our dog and he settled in easily. Trepanier Creek park is a short drive away for larger dog tours and exercise. Property is rural, a short drive from Peachland. The area is quiet and sleeping with fresh mountain air is great! Beautiful mountain get away

The accomodation is even more beautiful than the pictures. Although you share the property with the home owners, it feels like you have your very own space. The night time view of the stars is incredible. Very short drive into peachland and to walking trails!

Wonderful suite

The suite is located in a valley with a great view. We really liked the night view of the stars as it is very dark in the area. Suite was great with all kinds of amenities even a nice welcome basket of treats. Sara was very nice and has some friendly furbabies. Would stay again for sure.
