Marriott's Canyon Villas Resort - 2 bedroom villa

Canyon Villas is a luxury Marriott Grand Vacation Club resort located in the Desert Ridge community of North Phoenix. The resort location offers convenient access to golf, shopping, restaurants and entertainment in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

I am a Marriott Vacation Club owner and have the following week available in 2023: (Saturday 2/11 - Saturday 2/18)

NOTE: Review the Rental Agreement for Pandemic Cancellation Clause.

This large non smoking Villa has two bedrooms (each with a king size bed), 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, separate living area, 3 tv's and fully equipped kitchen with 6 seat dining table and 2 additional breakfast bar seats and 2 furnished private balconies and patios, washer and dryer and complimentary Internet access. Accommodations for up to 8 people.

Resort Amenities include the Canyon Springs Pool Bar & Grill, MarketPlace Express for snacks and sundry items, heated outdoor pools, whirlpool spas, children’s pool and splash pad, fitness center and daily activities program for all ages.

Rental guests have full (free) access to all the owner amenities at the Canyon Villas Resort. Limited access may be available to the adjacent JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa but is not guaranteed. NOTES: (1) Owner is not responsible for amenity restrictions. Renter should review Marriott Canyon Villas website or call the resort directly to confirm current Covid related restrictions. (2). Additional costs apply for the JW Marriott Wildfire Golf Club, Spa, fitness center, tennis pavilion, pro shop and restaurants.

Great spot for a spring break getaway

We had a great time here over spring break. Property was everything as advertised. Only issue was access to the JW was limited due to construction unbeknownst to us. However the management team was accommodating and the owner was responsive and helped as well. Would absolutely go back. Thanks Steve!

Family getaway

We had a great time. Accommodations very clean, the property was health conscious, and we never felt uncomfortable. Great amenities for families with small children, especially considering it’s a short walk to the main JW.
