Loreto Bay is a beautiful development a few kilometers south of the town of Loreto, situated on the Sea of Cortez midway down the Baja peninsula. FN 327, a Casa Chica in the Founders neighborhood of Loreto Bay, is a light, bright, peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Casa, just steps from the Paseo, the bay, and the golf course, with mountain views from the second floor patio. It is 1,400 square feet of living space in a tropical oasis. This Casa features white kitchen cupboards, contemporary lighting fixtures, granite countertops throughout, stainless appliances, and light travertine floors in all rooms and patios. It is well furnished and appointed: newer flat screen, Smart TV, 6 seat dining table, both bedrooms include king size beds, armoires, connected bathrooms, each with two sinks, large walk-in showers, and large soaking tubs. The first floor includes a private entrance and patio, an open floor plan in the living area, and a bedroom/bathroom. The second floor is accessed via outdoor stairs from the lower patio. It includes a very private bedroom/bathroom, a large deck with an outdoor shower, outside seating under a shade structure with a chandelier, and spectacular views to the west. The living room and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. There are ceiling fans in the living room, in each bedroom, and in each bathroom. Two beach cruiser type bikes, with tire pump, are included with the Casa. There is a propane BBQ on the main floor patio to enjoy outdoor grilling. There is also a folding utility cart for transporting items from car to casa and vice-versa.

The golf course is an integral part of Loreto Bay. It surrounds the development on three sides, and weaves around mountains and lagoons. Originally designed by noted landscape architects, it was redesigned by Greg Norman.

Maintenance is provided by Jenny Figueroa of Calafia Management in Loreto Bay.

Lovely trip to Loreto Bay

We had a great time in Loreto Bay at the casa. It was as described and shown in the photos. It was very quiet, well appointed casa witha central location. Easy walk to the golf course, close to markets and restaurants. Once plumbing is sorted out we would rate it 5 stars.

Loving Loreto Bay

This is our fourth winter in Loreto.We've been in a different Villa every year and yours was one of our favorite. It was very cozy and having the bikes was a bonus! It was a super location and Dawn our property manage was so accommodating. The only thing that would have made it better is lounge chairs on the upper deck.Thank you for making this another memorable month!

Great stay in Loreto

We stayed in this property with our parents for two weeks. What I loved about it was how well stocked the kitchen was, with a Dutch oven, baking pans and cookie sheets etc. the BBQ worked great and had propane, bathrooms had lots of bath and beach towels, etc. The location is convenient for the corner store and a popular brunch cafe, and it isn’t too far from the lap pool. Also liked the extra outdoor space for the golf bag and two bikes. Comfy beds too!Frank was responsive to emails as well.The rental houses in Loreto don’t get frequent deep cleans like they need as the desert can get dusty but FN327 is tidy and clean overall, certainly relative to some other houses we have rented there. I would recommend this location and host. Love Loreto Bay!!!

Great villa but missed view

The villa was exactly what we expected. The property manager was exceptional. She even let us move in early and responded promptly to our issues. We had a few issues of no hot water (repair person even came and fixed it on a Sunday) however the dishwasher did not work properly for the last 2 weeks that we were there (2 repairs and then had order a replacement to be replaced after we left. We did miss not having a view as no upper level but we knew that before we rented. The good was the villa was clean and upgraded with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, linens, nice thick towels, and even bathrobes.

Loreto Bay Paradise

What a fabulous month we had. We felt completely at home. The class was beautiful, the location is the best, used the bbw all the time as well as the bikes and the rooftop was a joy to spend time on! We’ll be back! The community is so welcoming. We made lots of new friends. Thank you Frank and Alison.

Great Choice

We couldn't be happier than our choice to stay at this casa. Perfect location for us we are golfers and it was located within a 5 min walk to the course. Loved the pools available to us and a quick walk to the beach to snorkel or enjoy the Hotel poolside/beach side facilities. All the restaurants in Loreto Bay are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, food and service staff at Pepegina's which became a real favourite of ours after golf and other days for dinner and dancing!! The property managers Dawn and Chris were top notch answering any concerns we had in a timely fashion and their support was greatly appreciated. Its a quick 10-15 min taxi ride to Loreto Centro were there are many great little shops and grocery facilities at Leys and/or Waldo's. Also walking the square and waterfront were very nice. Of course the Bay has Pedro's and La Cholla were you will find groceries and liquor if you chose not to venture out of the Bay. We also went for a ride to the marina about 15 mins the other side of Loreto past the Clam Shack. This is a beautiful drive and food was excellent at the marina. We had an awesome Christmas vacation here. Loreto Bay is "tough to leave and a very safe place to stay". We will be back again and again!!! Ali & Bob and Bill (Canada)

Will Always Stay At FN327

We have previously stayed at this property and will continue to do so whenever we visit Loreto Bay. The property is perfectly located near the golf course, the coffee shop and the small market. It's a short walk to either pool and the beach. The owners are regularly at the property so it's in tip top shape. They are also very responsive to any questions we've had. We have had the same experience with the property manager - very responsive and pleasant. It's the best Casa Chica we've stayed at in Loreto Bay, which is why we'll continue to rent it for our trips there.

Great respite from the snow at home!

Everything was clean and neat, we were able to cook some of our own meals with the equipment provided. Only thing missing was measuring cups and measuring spoons. Plenty of hot water for showers...nice thick, luxurious towels. Great, brand new barbecue! Location was close to everything. If we were to wish for something more, it would have been a garbage system with separate containers to be able to easily participate in the recycle program.

Best casa yet after four consecutive years at Nopo

Great location, two bikes were a bonus, nice upgrade of the casa and has all the amenities anyone would need. New barbecue was used many times. Only downside was that when we tried to rebook the property is wasn't available. Maybe the following year. Can't go wrong here!

First time in Loreto.

Both Joan and I enjoyed our stay at F327 very much. Walking paths separated the many villas in this tiny village. The renovations made the interior of our villa sunny and bright. All amenities provided us with all our needs. Five minute walk from the golf course, the Sea of Cortez or the closest minimarts. Fresh fish for sale on Saturdays added a great selection to our home cooked meals as well as the many restaurants within walking distance or our villa. I short car ride took one into Loreto, the town, to purchase more substantial necessities. Overall a great relaxing holiday. Thanks again Frank. Dennis Yaholnitsky, Calgary , AB
