Very nice and cosy, modern apartment. Location is spot on. Would recommend. The check in process has some potential, it's some how complicated to take pictures. And IMHO little kids like under the age of 12 doesn't necessarily need yo make check in like adults.

Dear Andrejus, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on one of our properties. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment overall. Regarding the fast check-in procedure, we completely understand that it may seem somewhat inconvenient. However, as you booked an apartment with a self check-in system, this step must be completed by the guest themselves. This process is also a legal requirement from the Municipality of Como, which mandates the registration of all individuals entering the villa. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and we hope to have the pleasure to host you again in the future. Warm regards, Rent All Como Team
