Enjoy your stay in Málaga in this recently designed three-bedroom apartment! It is located on a hidden street in the heart of the city, a few meters from Iglesia de San Juan and 5 minutes away from the main street calle Larios.

The living room boasts a cozy sofa, a smart TV, and a sound system, while the kitchen is fully equipped for culinary delights.

The bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds that allow you to rest after an active day exploring Malaga.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historic building without an elevator.

As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a smart TV, a kitchen, and a dining area.

The main bedroom has a conformable double bed, AC and the wardrobe with all ironing facilities.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third one has a single bed and a small window facing the interior patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need.

There is a high speed WiFi in the apartment.

The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have a view of a square and the church of San Juan Bautista. You will also have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:

- 4 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.

A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.

There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

- Please note that all guests 16+ y.o. must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation.
Refusing to comply the order above will not be subject to any compensation.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
