Beautiful, comfortable apartment block. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 450 m, bar 200 m, railway station "Cunit" 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 58 km, Sitges 20 km, Tarragona 45 km, Port Aventura 58 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
