Another room features a sofa bed (150cm, 200cm in length). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The villa has gas and forced-air heating systems.
