Highly recommend

We loved our 3 day stay at The Stables cottage. Beautifully decorated and very clean the property was really welcoming, well presented and very comfortable. The check in/out process was so easy and the owners were on hand for queries and always replied in a quick manner. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone

A lovely short stay in a lovely property. We needed for nothing and we were well catered for. Thank you. It suited the four of us really well. Peaceful and calm. Don't change what you are doing with the property which a very well appointed. The property was uncomplicated and are positive way.

A lovely cottage for that quiet getaway and to explore , all the comfort that you need is in this perfect cottage, underfloor heating to keep you toasty was a bonus , Colin and sue were on hand for anything you needed , perfect

My husband and I stayed in this cottage for 5 nights as needed to be in the area to visit family. Sadly the weather was not conducive to walking in the national park area . The stables is exactly as the photos show , it is very well equipped, cosy, comfortable , warm and clean and very welcoming after a long day out. We were delighted with our choice and would absolutely recommend this place to stay in. Only 10 mins drive into Ashbourne . We did manage to visit Bakewell and Buxton. One of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying in.
