On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 9 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Platja Almadrava, in a quiet, sunny position, 25 m from the sea, 25 m from the beach, north facing position. Private: patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bar, bus stop 200 m, railway station 10 km, sandy beach 900 m, shingle beach 25 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 7 km.
