The living/dining room is equipped with a digital TV and has an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen comes furnished with an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the main floor. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms: one with a french bed (1 x 150 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning; another with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm); and the third with a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The property also has a second shower/WC on the upper level. Oil heating is available.
