Lovely cottage handy for the ferry and pub

We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear! We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little boltholeParking is available in some of the higher roads just a few minutes (but a steep climb) walk

Great location and check in easy. Water pressure on shower wasn’t brilliant and we were only left with one toilet roll so had to go and buy more and there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and only plastic glasses. Which is why we only said it was good not excellent Also we didn’t use the outdoor area as there were no lights up the very narrow steep steps. Need to put o. The description. That the stairs are very steep and narrow in the house and outside up to the outdoor space.
