The round table is great for socialising and engaging in friendly games. Large patio doors open into the garden, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that guests have everything they need.
On the first floor, you’ll find two charming bedrooms, one comfortable double bedroom and a cosy single bedroom. The outdoor space at Rosings is equally enticing. The back garden, adorned with a lush lawn and garden furniture, invites guests to soak in the natural beauty and enjoy al fresco moments. To the front of the house, a driveway accommodates one car, while a convenient garage offers space for a second car or storage for bikes.
Rosings is decorated for both Autumn Fall and again for the Christmas season, making a cosy retreat on the darker winter nights.
For those eager to explore the surrounding area, Rosings is ideally situated for a variety of activities. Sheffield, a vibrant city known for its cultural attractions and shopping experiences, is just a short drive away. The enchanting landscapes of the Peak District and Derbyshire are within easy reach, offering an array of outdoor adventures, from scenic hikes to cycling trails. Danflask (116-acre reservoir) is 1.5 miles from the property and fishing is throughout the year, day fishing tickets can be purchased from a machine situated at the Dam, and for those not fishing the Dam circular walk has outstanding views of the Dam and woodland.
