The lovely spacious garden surrounding the house of almost 600 m2 gives you privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the sun at any hour of the day. From the back of the house, you look straight onto the dunes. Within 5 minutes you are on the beach and immediately end up at a cosy beach bar for a snack or a drink. Besides a cosy living room, there is a practically equipped kitchen.
The house offers comfort. On the first floor, for instance, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds and 1 with 2 beds and a sofa bed if necessary. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with shower and a 2nd toilet.
The driveway at the house offers parking for 2 cars. This house is on holiday park Scheldeveste within walking distance of the sea and beach and offers plenty of space for children to play. There is also a bolder wagon available. Also within walking distance are beach pavilions, the Breskens lighthouse and the Waterdunen bird counting station. The cosy centre of Breskens with its shops, restaurants and marina is at cycling distance.
