A large and modern living room with flat screen TV and two sofa-beds built into the U shaped seating arrangement.
A large kitchen and dining area with all modern appliances, and seating for everyone who is staying.
A main floor toilet and shower.
The first bedroom based on the main floor sleeps five people in single beds.
The second bedroom based on the second level sleeps five people in single beds.
The third bedroom on the third floor sleeps four people in purpose built-in large bunk beds.
The fourth bedroom on the third floor sleeps three people in a single and double arrangement.
On the third floor is the main bathroom with over bath shower.
A parking area is available which will comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles
A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made.
This property is in a residential neighbourhood and so guests are asked to ensure their visit and behaviour does not impact on our neighbours. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
