Just a short drive from the city centre, it features 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large lounge, conservatory, separate dining room, hot tub, and extensive gated parking. This home is for accommodation purposes only. Parties, events, and functions are not permitted. Guests must respect our neighbours and comply with out quiet hours (9:30PM - 8:00AM). Enjoy a peaceful retreat close to all historic attractions!

Nestled in a peaceful suburb just minutes from Chester City Centre, The Cheshire House offers the perfect base for your trip.

The Space



– Ground Floor: Features a bright, open layout with a spacious lounge, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, and a convenient WC.

– Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Across two floors, the house offers eight generously sized bedrooms. The ground floor includes three rooms with a double and single bed each, plus one en-suite room with a double and two single beds. The first floor offers four more bedrooms (each with a double and single bed) and two full bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower).

– Flexible Arrival: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible subject to availability.

– In-Person Welcome: Prior to check-in, we will coordinate a brief meet and greet with a member of our team to help you settle in smoothly and ensure a seamless transition into the property.



Guest Notes

Because we are located in a lovely residential neighborhood, outdoor noise-level monitoring systems and non-monitored outdoor CCTV are in place for safety. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels outside and during quieter hours.
