On the east side of the house, there is also a paved morning terrace – the ideal spot for your first cup of coffee. The holiday home consists of a main house and a separate annex. Of the property's total 12 sleeping places, 4 are located in the annex, which includes its own bathroom, a small kitchen, dining area, a double bed, and a bunk bed. This layout makes the property especially suitable for several families or generations who want to stay close together while still enjoying a degree of privacy. The old barn next to the house has been converted into a cosy games room with a pool table, darts, and table tennis, providing hours of entertainment and friendly competition for both children and adults. Surrounding the house is a large, park-like garden with several inviting seating areas. At the far end of the garden, you'll find your own private pond, where you're welcome to try your luck with a fishing rod. The holiday home is located along the road between Rønne and Åkirkeby, offering a convenient central location for exploring Bornholm. Despite its location, traffic noise is not noticeable inside the house.
