This house is an open space designed to keep you in constant contact with your family and friends. The house features a loft that serves as the master bedroom, complete with a desk, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a sofa, along with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. In the living room, there’s a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, as well as an extra bedroom downstairs with a double bed. It features a kitchen with a stove, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a breakfast bar that doubles as a dining area. This area also includes a full bathroom. There is a patio with a grill, a laundry area, and cleaning services, plus a front terrace with an outdoor seating area. Outside, there is a landscaped garden area.

The house is located in a horizontal condominium with a shared green space. It features a comfortable terrace and green areas, as well as on-site parking.
OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES
The cabin is located on a property with other houses, but there are no buildings right next to it. Sometimes hot air balloons take off from the adjacent lot, which makes a little noise, but the sight is very beautiful. The parking area does not reach the house; it is located 50 metres away, and there is an unfinished pool in the centre.
