This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with two decks on the beautiful Emerald Coast located at the Sugar Beach Condominiums.

There’s one building between sugar beach and Tootsies. So convenient to restaurants too. Also next to Newby’s. Professionally decorated with all new furniture and appliances. With attention to every detail. You will feel the upscale character to this wonderful home.

Each bedrooms is fitted with comfortable bedding, Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the perfect guest bedroom with another kings size bed. The other two bedrooms have queen beds

Custom tile in all three bathrooms to add a final touch of luxury to this spectacular vacation home.

Enjoy the the beautiful emerald coast right off your balcony or enjoy some of the activities nearby like the fun park, golf, deep sea-fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins. Loved the oceanfront views and close walk to ocean. Had plenty of room for our family with 7 adults. Steps off balcony to pool and entrance to beach was a plus. And great experience with owner , clean room and beds were extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing beach access

We had a wonderful time! 4 adults and 4 children fit comfortably in the unit, the check in process could not have been more simple, we had a very short easy walk to the beach and pool (literally just down the balcony stairs), and we were an easy walk to great dining, fun activities, and some shops. The view of the beach from the upper balcony was spectacular.

We just left after our second year at this property- it truly cannot be beat. Directly on the beach, beautiful views and next to the pool. The property itself is immaculate, has anything you could possibly need and is large enough for multiple people to stay comfortably. The 2 sets of beach chairs included are also a wonderful bonus. Family retirement celebration!

This property is beautifully decorated and the location cannot be beat. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. We cooked everyday in the well equipped kitchen. The outside staircase to the grill area, pool and beach access was so handy too. We will definitely book again. You cannot ask for a better host. Andrea was always responsive and a pleasure to speak with.

Beyond Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This is a spacious, clean, beachfront condo that is decorated beautifully. Views of the beach and ocean are amazing. Beds are so comfortable. The private side staircase takes you right to the pool area and beach entrance. The owner is so informative and attentive before you even get there. She takes care of everything and is really great. Kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. The whole condo is updated. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach are an added bonus. There are many restaurants to walk to. Go karts, arcade, and ice cream for the kids are all beside or across the street. I can’t say enough about this wonderful condo. I highly recommend this for your family vacation.

2-Family Spring Break

Eight of us spent a week in this unit. We enjoyed the space that was ample for sitting together in the living room, preparing meals in the kitchen, and beds for sleeping. The design, decoration, and appliances were all nicely selected. I have never been in a beach front unit with sliding doors that function so smoothly. The location is likely the best feature as the beach is just a short walk from the balcony and is less crowded than in front of the larger buildings nearby.

If you are considering this property, consider this your sign to book! It far exceeded my groups expectations of cleanliness and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living area and generous sized rooms, along with the location next to the pool and 10 steps away from the gate to the beach. We also loved that it came with 2 sets of beach chairs as we did not have to take as much to the beach with us (this property is convenience personified). Not one negative thing to say about the property or experience and we hope to stay here again next summer!

Literally Beachfront!

The condo we stayed in at Sugar Beach (A10) was literally steps from the beach. It was nicely decorated and clean. All four bedrooms were roomy with comfy beds. The kitchen was small but worked out fine. The balcony was small. The A/C did not keep both levels consistent, and this was the only real drawback. We had to turn the thermostat really low at night and the kitchen/den area was freezing in the mornings. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely, old complex that certainly beats those overcrowded high rise condos.

Impressive in Every Way!

We could not have asked for more! The condo was located at the end of the building, putting us right next to the coded gate to the beach and the bbq grills. The condo balcony has a short flight of stairs that put you next to the enclosure with the grills and a few feet past that is the gate to the beach, near which are water hoses with which to rinse off the sand. Also nearby is the swimming pool, the building with a ping pong table and other tables, the tennis courts, and the koi pond. So we were close to everything. The condo has beautiful, up to date decor. We had a great view of the beach and gulf from the balcony outside the living room and also from the balcony outside the master bedroom upstairs. The living room and each of the four bedrooms have nice flat screen tvs on the walls. We packed too much clothing as it was so easy to keep up with laundry with the washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was spacious, allowing several of us to move around in it at the same time. The owners promptly responded to what few questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit.

Our family has owned this Condo for many years. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. There are not many units that are this close to the beach and I don't know if any 4 bedrooms.

Why they chose this property

This is the only four bedroom on the beach at sugarbeach. It's just steps from your balcony to the beautiful white sandy beaches. There are not many units that are this close to the beach and I don't know of any other 4 bedrooms. You can take the whole family with you and not be crowded. There is plenty of room and lots of activities on the grounds

What makes this property unique

Sugarbeach has a lot to offer. We are centrally located to all beach activities and great restaurants. Panama City Winery is across the street. Golf is just down the street and putt putt is across the street. Next to Toorsies and Newbys and the top Panama City beach restaurant.
