From the spacious rooms and open floor plan, to a kitchen that's fully equipped for any type of cooking you choose to do, this two-story villa is the perfect destination for extended families or a group of friends.

The large, comfortable 3 -piece sectional sofa in the living area and attached screened in porch create a space that's perfect for gatherings and entertaining inside or out! The upstairs loft is a real favorite with the kids; especially the new 60” Smart LED TV! Furnished with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, “the loft” has become a kid's home within our home!

Step out on the rooftop deck with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise and relax with a glass of wine at night to enjoy the simple peace and tranquility of Kingston Resort. What a way to begin and end each day!

Other amenities include HDTV's in each room, a DVD player, dedicated internet/Wi-Fi, new bedding throughout, jetted whirlpool tub, hair dryers in each bathroom (one less thing you'll need to pack) and a full-size washer & dryer. Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to 78 Fitness, the Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere within Kingston Plantation.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa, on the screened in porch or rooftop deck. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Update: Trailer parking is not allowed. Motorcycles are not permitted past the front gate. Limited onsite parking for motorcycles is available, just outside the front gate.

Overall stay was great. It was the nicest condo we've stayed at in Kingston Plantation. The only complaint is that the front bedroom (near the front door) was noticeably warmer, 5-10 degrees, than the rest of the house and made it very hard to sleep - luckily we had a fan to help.

Nice gated community. Quick drive from gate to condo. Just off main stretch 17 where theres anything and everything you need. Quick 4 minute walk from condo to the beach. The sunrise from upper deck is beautiful with veiws of beach and ocean. 3 very big bathrooms. Couch is almost to comfortable. Will be booking again.

2023 Family Trip

My family enjoy the house but wanted use more of the amenities on the property. We're used to going to the inside pool and fitness. If you like just outside pool, this is the place for you and your family.

The home is located in a gated community and is so quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The only things we noticed were a few of the floor tiles were cracked and a couple walls could use a little touch-up. Otherwise, it’s really quite perfect. We never heard our neighbors and loved how spacious it was allowing us to spread out. The walk to the beach was so easy. I was a little nervous about the front door always locking behind us but we didn’t have any issues. It was nice that three keys were provided. We would definitely return to this unit!

The property was exactly as seen on the site. Place was super clean and spacious. Relatively close to everything. Perfect for a family gathering. We were about 5 min walking distance from the beach. Everything was perfect. I had a few questions and management would answer my questions fairly quickly. Recommend this place highly.

Great Stay for MB

The property was extremely spacious and comfortable for both the adults and kids. The host was very accommodating in making sure we had a good stay despite the rain. She suggested indoor venues and even extended our check out time so we could catch SOME sun on the beach. Very modernized compared to other rentals in MB. 10/10 would recommend!

Great for multiple families

Three families in town for a basketball tournament...was a great spot all three families to have some privacy while still hanging out with one another. Plenty of comfy places for everyone to sleep and the two separate living rooms were perfect for adults and kids to be able to have time close to each other without being right on top of each other.

Overall Property was in a great location and clean. Was everything we expected. Easy to deal with Management and had a Great time. Property and House was very clean and had no issues. The one down side was no early check in allowed. Even though we were checking in on a Tuesday, we figured we could get an early check in but did not.

Back to back reservations make early check-in / late check-out requests challenging during the summer season - even during the week. Your reservation followed a rare single night gap and often times we try to schedule routine maintenance as we won't have to intrude on a guest stay. Typically, we recommend the guest give us a call when they get into town and if the property has been cleaned and inspected (ready for check-in), we are happy to accommodate the request. Off-season requests are easier to accommodate. We are sorry you weren't able to access the condo early and hope to have the opportunity to have you back again soon.

Backdoor to the beach

This was a nice unit but only had one small pool that guests could use. The beach was nice and very close. The air was hard to regulate, always freezing no matter where the dial was set. No cable in the first bedroom, could only get a few channels. The dryer was leaving marks on the clothes. Other than this it was a well stocked unit in a good location. No grill or beach chairs so I would suggest you bring your own.
