Townsend Place Beaver Creek Ski-In/Out

Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a children’s park.

This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area, and a large master suite with a queen size bed. The second room has two twins. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area and a queen sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Beaver Creek

Great time skiing at Beaver Creek. The ski in/ski out is tough to beat. Vail is close by to ski which we did. The place is very comfortable making it difficult to leave the friendly confines of Beaver Creek.

Christmas Vacation

It was out first time skiing at Beaver Creek and the unit was terrific. A 5 minute walk to the village and you can ski to the lift. We loved the location and the unit itself was equipped with all that we needed. The check in process was seamless and everyone was so helpful.

Great location but check lifts for ski out option.

As long as elkhorn lift is open this is a ski out. Otherwise it is just a ski in. But great shuttle service and we will be back!

Wonderful ski in ski out property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was our fourth time staying at Townsend Pl and this was one of the nicest condos. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and all of the kitchen items that you need. One of the little things that the owners do is supply plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for the guests. The bath towels were new and soft. I love the location as well as the large hot tub to spend time in after a wonderful day of skiing. It is very easy to walk over to Beaver Creek village for apres ski or dinner out.

Perfect location

While the location was perfect, unfortunately the beds were horrible. The mattresses were sunken in and very uncomfortable. In addition, it would’ve been nice to have at least one serving of coffee for the first morning. After contacting the property manager to see if there was any available, we were told we needed to go to the village to get coffee ourselves. I’d recommend preordering everything as there is absolutely nothing provided besides one small bottle of body wash.

Wonderful location

They were very accommodating for an early check in, which was wonderful. The place was not clean. We had to move a piece of furniture and there so much dirt and food crumbs under it. Other things were dirty too. The kitchen appliances need updated. We weren’t told the hot tub was broken. It was fixed on our last day. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The fact the appliances seem dated, they all work as they are supposed to. Sorry they were not up to your standards, but they are displayed and work very well. It is hard to know when a pump on a common area hot tub will go out. I am glad they have been able to get the broken part replaced.

Cozy Stay In a Great Location

Four of us stayed here for a family vacation in early December. Although the ski in /ski out route was not fully opened until after we left, it was still a great location. The condo could use a little updating. There is a pretty significant draft around older windows and bedroom balcony door. We put pillows there at night to stop the air. But overall, it is super cozy with a "winter wonderland" view of snow covered pines, a working fireplace , comfy furniture and beds, and lots of wine glasses (a must for us!)

Great condo well located

We had a great week in this nice simple and comfortable condo. We were out skiing all day and loved coming back to the good smell of the crockpot meal that we had prepared before leaving for our ski day. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace at night. There was lots of wood ready to be used… We loved the jaccuzi too!!! The access to the Elkhorn lift was easy and the return home was too (once you knew where to go! Hahaha!) We were tired by the exercise and the cool air so we didn’t stay up late and didn’t even watch tv once! Loved our stay!!!

Great Location, close to main street - ski-in ski-out

Overall it was great, the location was perfect, once we figured out where we were. A better map that showed the town/lifts and the condos would have helped immensely. The kitchen worked well, but no tea kettle. Biggest complaint was the furniture. Too big in the master bedroom. and the twin beds were way too high and had uncomfortable mattresses, also lighting in there was a bit wonky. Bathrooms worked but could use an update.

Not what I was expecting

The property is kind of old and dirty Fan full of dust and main bed needs a change. The House keeping opened the door on the departure date at 9 am while we were inside getting dressed. The elevator beeping sounds inside the condo. Internet network does not exist as property manager gave me.

The unit is not old or dirty. I am sorry you felt that way. The cleaning crew came in at 9am as we had been told you were departing at 8am. We asked you for a departure time and that is what was sent to us as the time. The internet is provided by the HOA in the complex, so if it did not work for you it would not have worked for anyone and there are owners that live in the building.
