The space ✦ This delightful 2 bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a home away from home experience. ✦ Located on the 2nd floor, it requires 20 steps to reach, as there is no available lift on the property. ✦ Enjoy a bright and convenient apartment featuring 2 very comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. ✦ The living space is a tastefully decorated lounge room with 4k UHD TVs in the main lounge and complimentary WiFi with Netflix access. ✦ A fully fitted kitchen allows you to prepare your meals before exploring the city. ✦ The apartment also boasts a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 20:00 to 7:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
