A charming quaint cottage

The drift is a lovely property. It was very clean and well equiped. We appreciated its situation close to the sea and the high street. The bed was really confortable. the parking space was so helpful as the streets were always so busy with no spaces.

Lovely Place

The two of us had a week in Deal and this property was excellent. Everything was in a good state of presentation and repair The off-street parking was great even out of season. We drive a Skoda Karoq and that just... JUST ..... fitted - so bear that in mind if you have a large estate or family car as I doubt you'll get that in and you will have to use street parking The house is just a short walk from everywhere in the town. If you're there over a weekend GO to the Saturday market EARLY and get some cinnamon buns from one of the stalls - you'll find it [because of the amazing smells]... plus as there's always a long queue identifying it, but it's so worth the wait!

Simply The Best. Will definitely rebook when returning to Deal

I think we picked the coldest weekend of this winter but The Drift cottage was warm and cosy. Spotlessly clean with lots of added extras, plus the added bonus of a parking space which I was able to get my Mini Countryman on. There’s a nice decking area which unfortunately was much to cold to sit on, a nice touch for the summer though. Just a short walk from shops, restaurants and pubs, perfect all round.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at The Drift for a week and loved it. The property is situated in a conservation area amongst lots of other beautiful properties a short walk from the centre of Deal. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Even though the stairs were steep the rope handles supplied made it relatively easy for old knees to cope with the climb!! The beach was virtually on our doorstep and the walk along the prom to the town centre was a delight.

A Lovely Retreat

The Drift in Deal is a gorgeous property. It is beautifully furnished and provided so many lovely touches. I was very impressed with it all. We enjoyed a few days in this property which is centrally located and an easy walk into Deal. I also would praise the staff at Head Office. There was a problem with one of the door keys. This was dealt with very quickly and communication was excellent. Thank you.

This and that

It was very nice. Unfortunately the loo broke on the Saturday night and couldn't be fixed until Monday. Also the wifi was not answering to the password so I was was unable to access the Internet, but fortunately could manage by using my phone as an Internet hot spot.
