Excellent communication with Emma, ideal location. Perfect for our short stay in Paignton. Stairs were a little tricky for elderly relative but enjoyed our stay and beds were exceptionally comfy.

Everything was above expectations. Free parking was a bonus. The House had everything you needed on arrival having tea coffee and milk was lovely. Everyone in my family had a great time.

We had a lovely time staying this week. The place was clean and lovely and my kids loved sharing a bedroom that had their own bathroom. It's a couple of min walk to goodrington park and a short drive into paignton so in a lovely spot. Would happily stay again. And the host was easy to contact if we had a question as well

This is an excellent holiday house, beautifully clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a bonus to have a dedicated parking space. We found we had nice neighbours too. We hardly needed to venture anywhere because everything is so close. We had a lovely week and would definitely recommend and stay again.

A very modern property excellently furnished,very clean and tidy with everything we needed and more. A wonderful position with views of the sea and beach at Goodrington. Allocated parking directly outside. A handy position for walks. A local bus service outside. Checking in and out very easy. Contact with Emma by Whatsapp very easy. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

The property enjoys a good location; just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities provided are very good, with the option to prepare your own meals if you don’t want to eat out every day.It was great to have a designated off street parking space.The host was very friendly and welcoming.The only slight challenge we encountered were the stairs, which our elderly parents found a little challenging at times, especially when they were a bit tired.We particularly enjoyed feeding the ducks on the pond just down the hill from the property using the food dispenser.

What a great apartment we all really loved the place It was cleaned and tidy and had all we needed for our stay Really close to the town of Paignton and a nice short trip to both Torquay and Brixham Really spacious rooms and plenty of space for 3 of us

Fantastic holiday

A beautiful property and it was very clean and homely. Easy to access and a short distance to Goodrington Beach and a short walk to Paignton. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends and I am also considering booking for next year.

Great location and home from home

This property is in excellent condition and everything provided such as towels, crockery and utensils, were very good quality and very good condition. This made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The whole family enjoyed the experience and having such a short walk to the park and beach was brilliant, especially with children.

Amazing property in an amazing location

Superb property in a great location with so much to do in walking distance. All bases covered in the property and the photos don't do justice to the size and space. Will definitely look to book the property again if we visit the area in the future. Great communication from Emma with the few questions we had. thank you.

Good stay

Accommodation was good had most things we wanted. Lacked prosecco glasses It was smaller than we thought and bedrooms were a little tight.Needed more outdoor space that could seat 4 (or 6) people.

Clean, comfortable property.

Excellent - host had thought of almost everything. Slightly downgraded by lack of supplied soap and insufficient dishwasher tablets for our stay. However, would still highly recommend this property.
