All clean and tidy, property has all basic needs for a short stay.Freezer needs defrosting. Property needs a lick of paint, a bit tired.

Short Stay in Wallasey/Seacombe
Property is OK overall except for slight damp smell when entering. some details need fixing: Front yard is a mess. Backyard is a mess, old carpet, cigarette ends (including flower pot on window sill full of old cigarettes)Neighborhood is not the best...trash in road and general clean up required.Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with steep staircase. On the positive side, only a short walk to wonderful promenade.

Needs some TLC
This spacious House is in a nice street and ideal location for thr waterfront.
The furniture was nice but the fabtic of the house needs some attention.
There was a potential electrical issue with the cooker hood that needs investigation.
Before I start this review, I want to make it known that I contacted the property owner last week and informed her about the state of her property (with pictures) do give her a chance to discuss some of the problems we had. She decided not to reply. So here I go:The location of this property is good! We arrived at the property in the late afternoon. The check-in process was without any hitch. The first impression upon opening the door was one of moldy smell, the first view into the unit was dirty prints on the stairs leading upstairs. Not a good start.... I checked the rest of the unit in a quick survey and here's what my first impression was: The cleaning crew does not do the job assigned. All carpets in the whole unit were unclean. It felt grimy and moldy. More specific: All mattresses were highly uncomfortable, I think new ones would be appropriate. Main bathroom: sink has very low water pressure and loose faucet, shower has good water pressure, but slow drain; bathtub not used. Toilet room: Towel heating rack off wall on right side (screws out of wall), wall behind sink not finished. Bedroom doors coming off frame (already "fixed" before). Refrigerator/Freezer with ridiculous ice/frozen food build up, cabinet under kitchen sink disgusting. Outside NOT as pictured, dirty and trashy. We only spent one night there (because of prior arrangements), but left the next day to stay at a hotel. I think major maintenance would be appropriate.CANNOT recommend at this time
booked this property, so that myself my partner, my daughter her partner and my granddaughter could spend a couple of days visiting my youngest daughter who lives in Wallasey. it was lovely and convenient for all what we needed, shop and takeaway at the end of the road. easy access into Liverpool. the house was spacious enough for us all ( at times 7 of us).
