One thing I admire is that when the water heater went off, even though they initially asked us to try to fix it, after I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable doing so, they sent someone to fix it, despite it being late. I totally appreciate it. Thank you! The place has a lot of spider webs, spiders, the big room bed sheet is unclean, and the sheets have a lot of stains. The bathtub is very slippery and lacks a grab bar where you can hold on. I believe this place should include a disclaimer because the bathtub is high, and if you have limited mobility or are elderly, it may be difficult, unsafe, or challenging for you to use it, which is what happened to us during our stay.
